Kevin P. Donovan
Vice President Worldwide Security Group, Johnson & Johnson
Mr. Donovan was born on February 24, 1950, in Oceanside, New York. He is a graduate of Adelphi University in Garden City, New York where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Mr. Donovan obtained a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 1975.
Mr. Donovan entered on duty with the FBI as a Special Agent in June 1978. Upon completion of training, he was assigned to the Newark, New Jersey Office. He was promoted to FBI Headquarters in 1988 and served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Interstate Theft Unit, Violent Crimes and Major Offenders Section, Criminal Investigative Division. In 1991, he was transferred to the Philadelphia Division where he was assigned as the Supervisory Senior Resident Agent of the Scranton Resident Agency and was responsible for directing FBI Investigations in the eight Northeastern Pennsylvania counties.
In December 1996, Mr. Donovan was designated the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Administrative Division in the New York Field Office. He was named Assistant Special Agent in Charge of New York’s Organized Crime Branch in January 1998, and was promoted to the position of Associate Special Agent in Charge of the New York Criminal Division in May 1999.
In January 2001, Mr. Donovan was promoted to Special Agent in Charge of the Special Operations Division, New York Office.
On April 17, 2001, Mr. Donovan was designated Special Agent in Charge of the Newark, New Jersey Field Office.
On February 28, 2002, Mr. Donovan was designated Assistant Director in Charge, New York Field Office, and currently is the Director of Worldwide Security for Johnson and Johnson.
